The Old Stables - Fontwell Park Racecourse

Construction of a new 40 bedroom Innkeepers Lodge hotel, and new Vintage Inn. Timber frame construction of hotel, traditional cavity wall construction of Vintage Inn featuring reclaimed slate and tiled roof and part thatched roof.

The Orchard – Bedford

Refurbishment of existing pub/restaurant to create new style Harvester Restaurant

King and Castle – Windsor

Construction of extension, major structural alterations and full refurbishment of Wetherspoons pub, creating three-storey bar area.

Cooper Dean – Bournemouth

Extensions to existing Harvester restaurant whilst house continued to trade, followed by full refurbishment during a closure period.

Copperfields – Gravesend

Refurbishment of existing pub/restaurant to create new style Vintage Inn

King William Inn – Catcott

Extensive alterations and extension to existing pub to create new kitchen and toilets, with refurbishment of existing areas
